We are the Wisconsin side of Lola's Lucky Day - one of their partners that focuses solely on adopting out their vetted, rescued dogs and match-making with the perfect forever family.  We are a small foster home based group - we DO NOT have a facility where animals can be visited (common question :).

Our adoption fees start at $250 and up.  Our approval process requires a completed application (vet references will be checked and all current dogs in the home must be spayed or neutered, up to date on rabies vaccination, up to date on DHLPP, up to date on heartworm testing and preventative. All cats in the home must be spayed or neutered and up to date on a rabies vaccination and a wellness exam.); a home visit (within 50 miles of Madison) and a meet & greet.

Once approved all adopters will be required to sign a contract.  If you would like to become preapproved for a certain type of dog; please fill out an application and type "preapproval" for dogs name interested in. Thank you for choosing a rescue pup!
